tearing it down before building it up..

so i started the process of tearing it all apart to fix all the issues she has, and it seems to be mostly wiring, clutch, windshield, hood, and some minor front end support damage.. and yes, the price list keeps growing, lol. overall not a bad score for 700$ and soon she will street-able, however as far as a "project" goes this is just the begining! she will continue to be transformed into the end goal of a street/auto-x beast ;)

i cleaned the goo off.. dash isnt bad for a 93..
the KA24DE is nice and healthy! runs cool, no knocks, so far so good.
wiring is my biggest headache so far for sure!!
need new windshield.. hood must have flew back and smacked it.
i have already begun to straighten and repair the support damage.

i removed a ton of f**ked up wiring, stereo, elec. window kit, alarm..
got the driver side fender all set up, gaps set right, no rubbing.. one down!

this silvia conversion was done after the front end damage, and dude, it was a hack job! whoever did this should be kicked for the install.
previous "wannabe drifter" was a friggin idiot. this clutch was ridiculous..
bearings and brakes aren't bad, suspension is stock and not in bad shape.. surprising actually.
VLSD is thrashed.. red circles show where fluid leaks out, output shafts wiggle, and no front bushings are installed. not too mention small stress fractures in the sub frame where the diff bolts up. i am currently trying to sourcing a new rear sub frame..
